Ruth is a senior human resources management professional with extensive training and experience intersecting general management, development programming support, human resources, administration and operations management in senior positions within local and international organizations in Ethiopia and other African countries.

She has led and trained in various capacity building forums and training for local and international trainees, and has prepared various training materials including for TTF’s flagship projects. Ruth is the Founder and General Manager of The Talent Firm.

Ruth is a graduate in Management and is currently attending the Master of Arts in Human Resources program at Addis Ababa University. She is passionate about the youth and is committed to not just matching youth to employment, but also to decent jobs.
