The Employment Promotion and Entrepreneurship Development for Young Graduates program is aimed at addressing the range of professional capabilities that young graduates lack and which renders them unfit for employment. We train young graduates to be fit to begin work and match graduate trainees to jobs in organizations who request them.

The program also trains young graduates in business skill development so that they become business advisors to small businesses. Our intervention is a holistic, job seeker-centered professional development program including employability skills training, job search support services, business skill development, and creating an employer - job seeker interface. The Employment Promotion and Entrepreneurship Development for Young Graduates program is support by The Mastercard Foundation and implemented in partnership with First Consult.
